Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef or turkey
2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
2 cups Uncooked pasta (like penne or rotini)
2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
To taste Salt and pepper
½ cup Optional: Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat
  3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet, stirring them in with the meat for about 5 minutes until they begin to softe
  4. Stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined
  5. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and mix it into the meat and vegetable mixture
  6. Transfer everything into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly and top with shredded cheese. If you want a crunchy topping, sprinkle some bread crumbs over the cheese
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving
