1 pound Ground beef or turkey
2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
2 cups Uncooked pasta (like penne or rotini)
2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
To taste Salt and pepper
½ cup Optional: Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet, stirring them in with the meat for about 5 minutes until they begin to softe
- Stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined
- In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and mix it into the meat and vegetable mixture
- Transfer everything into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly and top with shredded cheese. If you want a crunchy topping, sprinkle some bread crumbs over the cheese
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving
