Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs Skinless Salmon Fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
0.25 cup Honey
2 tbsp Tamari (Halal Soy Sauce)
2 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sesame Oil
0.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
0.5 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat your salmon cubes dry with paper towels and place them in a medium bowl
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, tamari, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon cubes, toss gently to coat, and let marinate for at least 15 to 30 minutes
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes
  5. Lightly grease the air fryer basket and arrange the salmon bites in a single layer without overcrowding
  6. Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping the bites halfway through the cooking time until flaky and cooked through
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh parsley before serving immediately

Notes

Ensure salmon is patted dry to achieve a crispy exterior.

Cook in batches to allow proper air circulation for even browning.

A meat thermometer should read 145°F (63°C) for perfectly cooked salmon.

Substitutions include maple syrup for honey and coconut aminos for a soy-free option.
