46 pieces Bone-in chicken thighs
2 cups Carrots, chopped
3 cups Potatoes, diced
1 medium Onion, diced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
4 cups Low-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp Thyme, dried
To taste Pepper
To taste Salt

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your ingredients. Wash, peel, and chop all veggies as necessary
  2. In the bottom of your slow cooker, layer diced potatoes and chopped carrots
  3. Place the chicken thighs on top of the vegetables
  4. Add the diced onion and minced garlic over the chicke
  5. Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot, ensuring all ingredients are covered
  6. Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper over the mixture
  7. Cover and set your slow cooker on low for 8 hours
