Ingredients

Scale

1 lb Halal chicken breast
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
1 box Quick-cook pasta
1 cup Spinach
0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
1 jar Halal-certified pasta sauce
0.25 cup Shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Quickly slice your halal chicken breast into thin strips and add to a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, cooking until browned and cooked through
  2. While the protein cooks, start boiling the quick-cook pasta according to the package instructions
  3. Once the protein is nearly cooked, toss in the spinach and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp
  4. Pour in the jar of halal-certified pasta sauce and stir well to coat all ingredients, simmering for 2-3 minutes
  5. Drain the pasta and add it directly to the pan with the protein and vegetables, tossing to combine
  6. Top with shredded cheese if desired and serve immediately

Notes

Substitute chicken with halal ground beef, chickpeas, or tofu based on preference.

Frozen mixed vegetables can be used instead of fresh for even faster preparation.

For a dairy-free option, omit the cheese or use a plant-based alternative.

Ensure all ingredients, including sauces and broths, are halal-certified.
