2 Large eggs

¾ cup Whole milk

1 cup Unsalted butter (for frosting)
34 cups Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (for frosting)
23 tablespoons Heavy cream or milk
810 Oreo cookies (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pans
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl
  3. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk, alternating between them until just combined
  6. Fold in crushed Oreos
  7. Divide batter between the prepared pans and bake for 20-25 minutes
  8. Cool the cake layers completely
  9. Prepare Oreo buttercream by beating butter, then incorporating powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream
  10. Assemble the cake, layering and frosting with Oreo buttercream
  11. Decorate with additional crushed Oreos
